Establishing a scientific conference

 

Under the guidance of the University President, Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi, and supervision and direction of the Dean, Prof. Dr. Abed Barak Al-Ansari, the College of Archeology at the University of Samarra, the Student Activities Division, in cooperation with the University’s Continuing Education Center, established its scientific conference entitled: ((Combating the risk of drug abuse and sports stimulants)), Monday, 2/1/2021, at Al-Mutawakkil Hall, College of Archeology, in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Zuhair Qasim, the Dean of the College of Archeology, the vices of the college, the Director of Narcotics Control in Salah al-Din Governorate, the Director of Community Police, the Heads of the Scientific Departments of our College, some of the officers and a group of faculty, with the participation of eight researchers.

The conference session was chaired by Prof. Mahdi Abdel-Hamid Hussein, Vice Dean of the College of Archeology, and Dr. Bakr Abdul-Majeed Muhammad, Head of the Department of Archaeological and Religious Tourism at our college, as a rapporteur, and the conference session included the following scientific research: –

1. The new digital drugs and modern methods in their detection, Dr. Imad Tariq Hanoun
2. Psychological effects of stimulants, professor Omar Fadel Yahya
3- The effect of drug abuse on the disintegration of the society, professor Sabah Shukr Mahmoud
4. Awareness and scrutiny of community members to reduce the phenomenon of drug spread and the citizen’s role in this field. Colonel Saad Danny Khalaf, Community Policing
5. Stimulant nutritional supplements and their effect on athletes, professor, Adai Naji Hamad
6. Anabolic steroids and their danger to the health of athletes: Assistant Lecturer Iyad Ghani Jasim
7. The effect of steroids on the bodybuilders Dr. Bakr Abdul Majeed Muhammad and the assistant lecturer Ahmed Farhan Hussein
8. Steroids and sports assistant lecturer Majd El-Din Mohamed Saleh
