The University of Samarra, the President meets the Academic Documentation Unit
On Sunday morning, April 25, 2021 AD, a meeting was held at the Academic Documentation Unit at Samarra University, headed by Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi Khalaf, his vices, Prof. Dr. Rafah Razzouq, and the members of the unit.
Where Allawi discussed the situation of the university and the results achieved to enter the international rankings. He praised the efforts of the Academic Documentation Unit and Classification Committees. In addition to these great efforts, he stressed the importance of continuity and progress and generate forward ideas that would raise the university’s ranking and lay down plans that improve the university’s ranking within the same classification by forming a group of committees whose task is to follow up on the requirements of each classification. Also, during the meeting, an agreement was made on a set of reforms that promote scientific research and the establishment of international conferences, and the means of developing graduate research and directing the qualitative scientific product that addresses actual problems in Iraqi society. Then the meeting concluded with a discussion of mechanisms and ways to improve the website to maintain a high level of quality by forming a committee that prepares proposals and submits them during the next university council meeting.
