Tourism planning is one of the essential tools of contemporary tourism development, which aims to increase the real per capita and national income and develop a comprehensive civilization for all of the country’s natural, human, and material components. Hence, tourism planning is one of the necessities of rational sustainable development that enables countries, especially developing ones, to face competition in the international tourism market. Therefore, tourism development planning is an integral part of the economic and social development plan, which requires all ministries, regions, agencies, and governmental and non-governmental departments to implement the development policy.
