In appreciation of his continuous support for the scientific and educational reality at the University of Samarra, Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi Khalaf, President of Samarra University, was honored by the Director of the Scholarships and Cultural and Teaching Relations Department at the College of Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Rana Ibrahim Khalil, and the faculty member at the College of Applied Sciences Ahmed Suhail with the Shield of Excellence, which they received as part of their participation in the Second International Exhibition of Science and Technology for Patents at Qaiwan International University in Sulaymaniyah for the patent tagged for scientific research.

They Thanked him for his continuous support for this scientific constellation.
