The University of Samarra extends its thanks to the Scientific Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research
The teaching staff and the employees at the University of Samarra, led by the President of the University, Professor Dr. Sabah Allawi Khalaf, extend their thanks and gratitude to the Scientific Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor (Yassin Al-Ithawi) for his support of the University of Samarra and his continuous communication to develop it in scientific aspects, including his great role in the opening of evening studies at the College of Engineering at our university.
