Based on the principle of joint scientific cooperation between Arab universities, and with an official direct assignment from the College of Agriculture – Mutah University, Jordan, to Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdullah Al-Saher, Dean of the College of Agriculture – Samarra University, to conduct the attendance exams for the master’s student Alaa Abdul Karim Majeed Al-Samarrai in the Department of Food Sciences.

Al-Sahar stressed joint scientific cooperation for its influential role in scientific openness among Arab universities.
