Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Mahmoud, Director of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Presidency of Samarra University, obtained a master’s degree in business administration from Altınbaş University – Istanbul – Turkey. His thesis entitled (the impact of e-marketing through social media on consumer behavior – a case study for a group of students who graduated from the two media colleges) and business management).
