Signing a memorandum promoting joint scientific cooperation between the College of Applied Sciences and its counterpart, the University of Baghdad

 

Under the guidance and support of the President of Samarra University, Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi, and the Dean of the College of Applied Sciences, Prof. Dr. Ayser Saleh Muhammad and the accompanying delegation visited the College of Science, University of Baghdad. He was welcomed by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Abdul Karim Abdul Razzaq Al-Qazzaz, and some of the members of the College Council.

During the meeting, which was attended by the scientific assistant, Prof. Dr. Wael Muhammad Mahdi, and the head of the Department of Applied Chemistry, Prof. Dr. Wael, Harith Jamil Mahdi, signed a memorandum of understanding whose basic terms were agreed upon earlier to serve the educational process between the two colleges in many fields. (teaching, supervision, scientific research, student activities) and according to what was determined by the Research and Development Department at the Ministry’s center. The two sides prepared them to implement the terms of the agreement as soon as possible, as it serves the educational and academic process.

This cooperation came within the framework of the university and college alike continuous endeavor to enhance cultural and academic relations between public and private universities.
