The Department of Internal Affairs presents the tasks and duties of secretaries and supervisors in a workshop

 

The Department of Dormitories Affairs at the University of Samarra presented a workshop entitled “The tasks and duties of the Dormitories secretaries and supervisors” on Thursday, March 31, 2022, in the Continuing Education university Hall.
The workshop was presented by the Secretary of Department No. 1, Mr. Ibrahim Abdul Rahman Ibrahim, during which he reviewed the definition of the department’s organizational structure, and the tasks and duties of each part of the department’s joints, according to the organizational structure of the affairs of the Dormitories.
This workshop came to develop the work in the Dormitories and raise its efficiency; This is reflected positively on the level of service provision for students to reach the Dormitories to higher levels of classification in the coming years.
Especially since the University of Samarra has been seeking to raise the urban and service level in all its joints for the last three years, especially the Dormitories, which are the second home for dear students from different governorates of the country.
The workshop was attended by Mrs. Assistant Director of Student Affairs, Rua’a Adnan Abbas, the Supervising Division Officer, Saad Ali Jassim, and ladies and gentlemen, supervisors, inspectors, supervisors, and guards of student complexes.
