The President of the University of Samarra calls on the Prime Minister to recruit contracts within the next budget

Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi Al-Samarrai – President of Samarra University – called on the Prime Minister, Mr. Mustafa Al-Kazemi, to recruit the ministerial contracts for the permanent staff of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the next budget.
According to Allawi’s call, this came in fairness to their efforts and in fulfillment of their rights to serve universities and their continuous giving towards them.
The matter that Al-Kazemi promised to adopt and include in his upcoming schedule, especially within the budget sections.
