Researcher Saja Dia Ibrahim at the University of Samarra obtains a patent to be able to manufacture a device for training and measuring the posterior muscle of the 100m youth runners

 

Researcher Saja Dia Ibrahim, at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Samarra, obtained a patent from the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control in the Iraqi Ministry of Planning. Which was granted to manufacture a “design of a new device for training and rehabilitating the hamstring muscle for young 100-meter joggers.”
The patent included a design for a rehabilitation device that can the trainer use to measure the strength of the posterior thigh muscle in men, separately or in pairs, for both sexes – in case another researcher wants to be tested on female runners – and for all age groups, as well as the possibility of providing it with information for maximum quantities The projected power for all stages of performance, which includes: – the projected force according to work angles and working time – and so on, and with low material costs; Compared to devices of global origin, which include similar sensor units; Which makes it easy to spread and use, especially with the ease of transporting, carrying and placing it in any place where testing or training takes place.
