The Committee of Departments establishment concludes the work by inspecting the establishment of the Computer Department
The ministerial committee in charge of matching the conditions for establishing a computer department at the College of Applied Sciences at Samarra University has followed up on the necessary controls for establishing the department under the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific instructions Research.
The Deanship of the College of Applied Sciences explained to the Ministerial Committee the importance of this department in the technical field that the world is witnessing today and the need for students to study this specialty, which is dominated by virtual reality algorithms in which we live.
On the other hand, Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi al-Samarrai – President of Samarra University – confirmed that the establishment of this department is entirely in line with the growing role of digitization in the current era. Also, the university administration is keen to assign the governance system that the Iraqi government started in some of its joints and that graduates of this department. They will be qualified and supportive faculty for implementing such electronic projects, many of which are parts of the computer.
In the same context, the Ministerial Committee made it clear that it continues to support the model scientific departments, especially since the University of Samarra has presented a set of qualitative developments with great beneficial returns for the city and the country, even the graduates themselves. This requires standing with such products and proceeding with ratification.
