The Dean of Arts College honors the President of the University with the Shield of Excellence and Creativity

Prof. Dr. Ahmed Azzawi Muhammad, Dean of the College of Arts, honored the Shield of Excellence and Creativity to Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi al-Samarrai, President of Samarra University. On the occasion of the success of the conference “Modern Trends in International Relations, Media, Social and Educational Sciences,” which was sponsored by the College of Arts in the Turkish capital, Ankara.

This honor came in appreciation of the President’s support for the college’s activities and its openness to the world with rich scientific activities, especially in the scientific aspect that Samarra University began to transcend local boundaries and open up to Arab and regional universities.
