The Department of Student Affairs and Registration at Samarra University meets with the Registration Division
The Department of Student Affairs and Registration at Samarra University held an extensive meeting with the registration divisions in the university’s colleges; To discuss preparations for the new academic year 2022-2023.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Miqdad Ali Ahmed – Director of Student Affairs and Registration at the Presidency of Samarra University, in the presence of the officials of the registration divisions in all colleges.
On the other hand, Ahmed stressed the necessity of observing the timelines set by the Student Affairs Procedures Manual and the admission controls and adherence to them, as well as following the procedures for issuing administrative orders for transferred and accepted students, in addition to confirming the speedy sending of files of assigned students as quickly as possible to the universities they wished to move to.
