Dr. Hanan Mahmoud Abdel-Rahim, a professor, participated in the College of Education at Samarra University’s fourth annual conference of the College of Peace University, which was held at the college on Sunday, September 25, 2022.
Her participation came through her paper entitled “The emergence and development of Iraqi laws in the ancient history of Iraq in the field of laws and legal codes (Uranmo Law, Law, Hammurabi Law, Ishtar Law).”
It presented a systematic scientific study on the oldest written laws reached by archaeologists in the ancient Iraqi laws, who considered the ancient Iraqi society the first human society that lived under the rule.
