The University of Samarra presents awareness on the occasion of World Osteoporosis Day

The College of Applied Sciences at Samarra University has launched an awareness campaign to reduce osteoporosis among Samarra’s university and social community.

The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit in the college implemented its activity, which coincided with the International Day for Awareness of Osteoporosis, by distributing brochures on the causes of this disease.

These awareness-raising and continuous activities, which come within the interests of the university and its colleges, aim to raise awareness of the risks of diseases related to lifestyle and nutrition and ensure that the university takes its role in serving the community preserving its health and sustainability.
