Samarra University Honors Ministry Official for Outstanding Contributions to Higher Education
Samarra University’s President, Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi Al-Samarrai, recently presented the Shield of Excellence to Prof. Dr. Asaad Ghani, the Director General of the Administrative and Financial Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The award recognized Dr. Ghani’s outstanding efforts to support the progress of Samarra University and his excellent work with installation contractors.
