Dean of the College of Engineering Honors Professor Dr. Sahib Asaad Wiss for His Awareness Efforts in Combating Drugs
The Dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Samarra received in his office Professor Dr. Sahib Asaad Wiss, a faculty member at the university’s College of Arts. The visit included a special honoring in recognition of his active contributions and distinguished role in promoting community and student awareness. The honoring was attended by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed.
This recognition comes as a high appreciation for the diligent efforts made by -Wiss- through presenting a series of scientific seminars and awareness workshops within the College of Engineering. these sessions focused intensively on ways to reduce the phenomenon of drug addiction and its lethal risks to individuals and society.
During the meeting, the Dean expressed the college administration’s appreciation for these qualitative initiatives, which aim to fortify university youth with the knowledge and awareness necessary to confront social ills.
