College Council Holds Meeting to Discuss QS Ranking Requirements

The Council of the College of Applied Sciences at the University of Samarra held a meeting to discuss the requirements of the QS World University Rankings, chaired by Prof. Dr. Aysar Saleh Mohammed, Dean of the College, and attended by Prof. Dr. Ghassan Fares Atiya, Administrative Assistant Dean, along with a number of officials concerned with academic and administrative affairs.

The meeting hosted Asst. Lecturer Mohammed Saddam Abdulhadi, Head of the Information Technology Division, and Asst. Lecturer Jassim Mahmoud Awad, Head of the Human Resources Division.

The meeting addressed several key issues, including the completion of all QS ranking requirements in line with internationally approved standards, as well as finalizing the upload of all requirements related to the Student Information System (SIS), ensuring the accuracy of data and its proper updating.

In this regard, the Dean of the College emphasized the importance of joint efforts among all concerned divisions and units, and working as one team to fulfill the ranking requirements and enhance the academic and institutional level of the college.
