College of Engineering Launches \”A Nation Built by the Minds of its Youth\” Campaign to Combat Illegal Migration

The Government Communication and Media Division at the College of Engineering, University of Samarra, has launched an awareness campaign under the slogan “A Nation Built by the Minds of its Youth.” The campaign aims to address the phenomenon of illegal migration and enhance the sense of national responsibility among young people.
The campaign included field activities to distribute educational leaflets highlighting the grave challenges the nation faces when its talents migrate. These consequences include slowed development and the weakening of educational institutions. It also emphasized that “conscious staying” represents a long-term investment that protects the future of generations and ensures the country’s stability.
The vision presented in the campaign focused on the concept of balancing personal ambition with social duty, asserting that the nation rises through minds that believe real change begins from within—by developing skills and adopting entrepreneurial projects.
In conclusion, the campaign called upon students, as active agents of change, to harness their knowledge today to build a stronger and more stable tomorrow. It encouraged them to apply their academic expertise to serve their local environment, ensuring that economic challenges are transformed into real opportunities for innovation and national growth.
