Faculty Member from the College of Education for Human Sciences Publishes a Joint Research Paper in a Local Scientific Journa
Assistant Lecturer Bakr Ahmed Abdul Majeed, a faculty member at the College of Education for Human Sciences, University of Samarra, has published a joint scientific research paper in the Prospective Research Journal, Volume (1), Issue (26), January 2026.
The research, entitled “The Impact of Organizational Culture on Electronic Transformation from the Perspective of Secondary School Principals in the City of Samarra,” examined the relationship between the dimensions of organizational culture—represented by openness to change, customer focus, innovation, and agility—and the dimensions of electronic transformation, which included paperless management, remote management, open-time management, and management without rigid structures.
The researcher adopted the descriptive-analytical approach, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The data were statistically analyzed using the (SPSS) software program. The findings revealed a strong positive correlation between organizational culture and electronic transformation, with a Pearson correlation coefficient of (0.837) at a statistical significance level of (0.000). This indicates the pivotal role of organizational culture in enhancing the level of digital transformation within secondary schools.
The results also confirmed the validity of the main hypothesis, demonstrating that schools with more open and flexible organizational cultures achieve higher levels of electronic transformation implementation. The study recommended strengthening a culture of openness to change in secondary schools in the city of Samarra due to its direct impact on supporting modern digital management pathways.
