Rehabilitation and Employment Unit Organizes a Training Workshop on the Skills of the Digital Teacher in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

The Rehabilitation and Employment Unit, in cooperation with the Department of Chemistry at the College of Education for Pure Sciences – University of Samarra, organized a training workshop entitled: “Skills of the Digital Teacher in the Age of Artificial Intelligence.” The workshop was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Nawfal Abdulrahman Hamoud and Assistant Lecturer Alaa Khalid Yaseen.

The presenters focused on employing AI tools to simplify chemical reactions and manage virtual laboratories, thereby enhancing the teaching efficiency of graduates.

The lecturers also reviewed the digital employment skills required by the modern labor market, including the creation of interactive scientific content and transforming it into smart lesson-planning techniques, which provides greater job opportunities for graduates.

This initiative comes within the college’s plan to prepare a new generation of educators equipped with a modern technological vision capable of leading smart classrooms, in addition to keeping pace with digital transformation to ensure distinguished employment opportunities in educational institutions.
