Council of the College of Islamic Sciences Holds Its Regular Meeting to Discuss Academic Preparations and Strengthen the Scientific Process
The Council of the College of Islamic Sciences at University of Samarra held its regular meeting under the chairmanship of the Dean, Professor Dr. Hassan Ahmed Hussein, with the attendance of the Assistant Deans, Heads of Academic Departments, and Council members, to discuss a number of academic and administrative matters listed on the agenda.
The Dean opened the meeting by welcoming the attendees and commending their efforts in supporting the educational process. He emphasized the importance of collective cooperation to advance the College’s academic and research standards in alignment with the University’s vision and aspirations.
The meeting addressed preparations for final examinations, mechanisms for developing academic curricula, and strengthening research activities. It also included discussions on departmental activities, as well as proposed seminars and training courses for the upcoming semester.
Dr. Hussein stressed the necessity of adhering to ministerial and university regulations and working in a spirit of teamwork in service of the College’s students.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Council issued a set of recommendations and decisions aimed at supporting the academic process and enhancing institutional performance quality, in fulfillment of the College’s mission to serve society and promote sound scientific values.
