An employee at the College of Education for Human Sciences celebrates the International Day of Solidarity with Employees with an article in the Kul Al-Akhbar newspaper
An employee in the Media Division at the College of Education for Human Sciences – University of Samarra, Hisham Khalil Khalaf, published an article in Kul Al-Akhbar newspaper, issue (3781), titled: “International Day of Solidarity with Employees: Appreciating the Role and Building a Better Work Environment.”
The article highlights the importance of this occasion, observed on March 25 each year, as an opportunity to emphasize the role of employees in building institutions and advancing development, as well as to underline the necessity of providing a fair work environment that guarantees rights and supports job stability.
In this context, the author, in his capacity as an employee in the Media Division, explained that solidarity with employees is not limited to material aspects alone, but also includes ensuring a safe work environment, respecting working hours, and providing opportunities for training and development, all of which contribute to improving institutional performance.
In a related context, he pointed to the reality of media work within institutions, stressing the importance of the role played by media divisions in conveying activities and enhancing communication with society, which requires accuracy, professionalism, and continuous commitment.
On the other hand, he concluded by calling for the promotion of a culture of dialogue within the workplace and the adoption of fair policies that help address challenges, emphasizing that supporting employees is directly reflected in productivity and the quality of performance.
