Pathological Analysis Students Begin Preparing Scientific Models Under Faculty Supervision at the College of Applied Sciences
Students of the Department of Pathological Analyses at the College of Applied Sciences, University of Samarra, have begun implementing a series of applied scientific models under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Marwa Mahfoud Khalil and Assistant Lecturer Abeer Khalid Saleh.
The models covered a variety of scientific topics, including: the formation and types of immune white blood cells, types of culture media for pathogenic bacteria, in addition to demonstrating the steps of venipuncture for blood sample collection, and presenting the correct method for general physical and chemical examination of urine samples.
This activity comes as part of the department’s efforts to link theoretical knowledge with practical application, and to enhance students’ skills in presenting scientific concepts through innovative methods that contribute to strengthening understanding, as well as developing their practical laboratory competencies.
