Dean of Samarra Engineering Holds Extensive Meeting with Student Representatives to Enhance the Academic Environment and Overcome Educational Obstacles
The Dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Samarra, Assistant Professor Dr. Amjed Saleh Mahmood, held an extensive meeting with student representatives from all scientific departments and academic levels for both morning and evening studies. The meeting was attended by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed, and the Head of the Security and Follow-up Division, Engineer Mohammed Ali Saeed, with the aim of identifying student needs and strengthening the foundations of an ideal academic environment.
The Dean listened with great care to the overall issues and suggestions presented by the students during the session, which featured an open dialogue characterized by transparency and candor. For their part, the students reviewed the academic and service-related challenges they encounter in their educational journey.
Meanwhile, the Dean emphasized that the college leadership places the students’ interests at the forefront of its priorities. He stressed that these meetings represent a vital bridge for overcoming obstacles and developing services in a manner consistent with student aspirations and rigorous academic quality standards.
On their part, the student representatives expressed their deep appreciation and gratitude for this initiative, which reflects the Deanship’s commitment to staying close to its students and attending to their affairs directly.
