The Quality Assurance Division at the College of Physical Education Discusses the Completion of Program Accreditation and National Ranking Requirements

The Quality Assurance Council at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at University of Samarra convened under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. Saad Abbas Abd, Dean of the College, with the attendance of the council members, to discuss mechanisms for completing the requirements of program accreditation for Colleges of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. The meeting also addressed the major challenges facing the documentation process and the proposed solutions to ensure their acceptance by the Accreditation Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The meeting covered several key topics related to enhancing the quality of academic and administrative performance, in addition to discussing the academic course descriptions and the mechanisms for fulfilling their requirements in accordance with the approved standards.

The council members emphasized the importance of expediting the submission of the academic program descriptions for the college’s courses in order to secure their approval within the framework of the national ranking and program accreditation requirements, thereby contributing to the advancement of the educational process and the enhancement of the college’s academic standards.
