The College of Agriculture at Samarra University organized a training course entitled “Successful Classroom Management,” presented by Assistant Lecturer Atiaf Mahmoud Shukr. The course aimed to develop the skills of instructors and teachers in classroom organization and student behavior management, contributing to the creation of an effective, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
The course addressed the concept of classroom management and its importance in the success of the educational process. It also highlighted the qualities of a successful teacher and their leadership role in the classroom, as well as methods for organizing the classroom environment and managing time in ways that contribute to raising the level of academic achievement and promoting positive discipline.
The course also covered strategies for enhancing student motivation and interaction, methods for dealing with behavioral problems and addressing individual differences, effective communication skills, building positive relationships within the educational environment, and using positive reinforcement and motivation to achieve self-discipline among students.
The course included practical applications and training activities designed to develop participants’ skills in lesson planning and managing various classroom situations efficiently and flexibly.
