The Student Activities Unit at the College of Agriculture, Samarra University, organized an awareness workshop entitled “Muscular Strength for Women and Men: Better Health and a Stronger Life.” The workshop aimed to raise awareness about the importance of physical fitness and the role of muscular strength in promoting overall health and improving quality of life.
The workshop addressed the importance of maintaining muscular strength in both women and men, its role in promoting physical activity and preventing health problems, as well as its positive impact on improving mental well-being and increasing the ability to perform daily activities efficiently.
The workshop also highlighted the importance of adopting healthy lifestyles and exercising regularly, given their impact on building a healthy body and achieving physical and mental balance.
