The University of Samarra announced its success in reducing paper and plastic waste this year, thanks to the Digital Transformation Initiative which shifted 20% of administrative workflows and academic exams to electronic platforms, and the Single‑Use Plastic Reduction campaign across cafeterias and student clubs.
