Dean of the College of Physical Education Receives a Committee from the University Presidency’s Legal Affairs Department to Follow Up on Legal and Administrative Files
The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Samarra University, Professor Dr. Saad Abbas Abd, received a committee from the Legal Affairs Department of the University Presidency, headed by the department’s officer, Mr. Ali Khalil Ibrahim, as part of the continuous monitoring of the activities and performance of legal units across the university’s colleges and institutions.
During the visit, a meeting was held in the presence of the Head of the Legal Unit at the College, Lecturer Dr. Majid Hamid Badr. The meeting addressed a number of legal and administrative matters related to the College’s operations and reviewed the procedures adopted for processing and completing various administrative transactions.
The visit also included a follow-up on the procedures concerning the expropriation and acquisition of the property designated for the College. The committee reviewed the progress achieved thus far and discussed appropriate measures to overcome obstacles and expedite the completion of the required legal procedures in accordance with the applicable regulations and instructions.
Furthermore, the committee examined the operational mechanisms of the College’s Legal Unit and reviewed its organizational records, emphasizing the importance of enhancing legal and administrative performance and strengthening coordination between the University Presidency and the legal units within the colleges. Such efforts contribute to improving institutional efficiency and promoting best administrative and legal practices.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Dean commended the efforts of the Legal Affairs Department at the University Presidency and its significant role in supporting legal and administrative work. He reaffirmed the College’s commitment to maintaining effective cooperation and continuous coordination to ensure the integrity of legal procedures and to support the University’s objectives in advancing institutional performance and development.
