Dean of the College of Physical Education Holds Meeting with Examination Committee Heads to Complete Graduation Orders and ID Card Procedures

The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Samarra, Professor Dr. Saad Abbas Abd, chaired a meeting with the heads of the examination committees, in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Saif Rashid Ghanim, following the announcement of the second-semester examination results. The meeting aimed to review the committees’ performance during the previous stage and discuss reports on the completion of examination-related tasks.

During the meeting, the heads of the examination committees presented detailed reports outlining the completed tasks, achievement rates, and the mechanisms adopted to address observations, ensuring the accuracy of procedures and the integrity of the examination results.

The Dean emphasized the importance of expediting all administrative and academic procedures related to graduating students, particularly the issuance of graduation orders and graduation identification cards, in accordance with the approved regulations and instructions. He stressed that these measures would facilitate the timely and accurate completion of graduates’ official transactions.
