Scientific Committees at the College of Agriculture Begin Interviewing Postgraduate Applicants
The scientific committees in the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering at the College of Agriculture, Samarra University, began conducting scientific interviews today, Tuesday, June 30th, for applicants to the Master\’s program for the 2026-2027 academic year. This followed the competitive entrance exam held earlier that morning.
These interviews aim to evaluate the applicants\’ academic, research, and personal qualities according to precise criteria adopted by the scientific committees. This ensures the selection of the most qualified and prepared students for postgraduate studies.
The Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Khalid Abdullah Al-Sahr, commended the efforts of the scientific committees and their active role in the success of this admissions process. He emphasized his continued support for providing a robust and comprehensive academic environment, in line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to support academic research and enhance the quality of postgraduate studies.
The college administration affirms its commitment to conducting all stages of the admissions process with transparency and high professionalism, thereby enhancing the college\’s academic standing and serving the scientific progress at Samarra University.
