Administrative Assistant Dean Holds Meeting with Heads of Service Committees at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences

Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Alwan Shukr, Administrative Assistant Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Samarra, held an extensive meeting with the heads of the College\’s service committees, attended by committee members, to discuss work mechanisms and review organizational plans for the upcoming phase. The meeting aimed to enhance administrative performance and further improve the quality of services provided by the College.

The meeting addressed several key topics, including the distribution of duties and responsibilities among the committees, monitoring progress and completion rates, and discussing the main challenges that may affect workflow. Participants also explored appropriate solutions to ensure that assigned tasks are carried out efficiently, in accordance with established timelines, and in a manner that meets the College\’s operational requirements.

During the meeting, Dr. Mohammed Alwan Shukr emphasized the importance of teamwork and strengthening cooperation and coordination among the various committees. He also stressed the need to adhere to administrative regulations and to make the best use of available resources in order to enhance institutional performance and achieve the College\’s strategic objectives.

The meeting concluded with an emphasis on continuing regular coordination meetings to monitor the implementation of recommendations, evaluate progress, and propose measures for further improving administrative performance. These efforts are intended to strengthen the effectiveness of the service committees and achieve the highest standards of quality across all sectors of the College.
