Celebrating Student Day: College of Education’s History Department Honors a School in Samarra and Congratulates Its Students
The History Department at the College of Education, University of Samarra, celebrated Iraqi Student Day, which is observed annually on February 25.
The celebration took the form of a special visit to one of Samarra’s schools, during which a delegation from the university distributed sweets to students and school administrators as a gesture of joy on this occasion. Additionally, certificates of appreciation were presented to the teaching staff in recognition of their efforts in shaping and educating students.
The visit aimed to encourage students to exert more effort in their pursuit of knowledge, foster a spirit of learning, inspire excellence, and instill a sense of their vital role in nation-building.
For their part, the school’s faculty appreciated the university delegation’s initiative, acknowledging their efforts to strengthen institutional integration between educational institutions and their commitment to student welfare.
It is worth noting that the College of Engineering also took part in congratulating students on their day, reflecting the alignment of objectives across the university’s departments, particularly in matters related to student affairs.
