Assistant Professor Dr. Ayman Saleh Mar‘i Serves as a Member of a Master’s Thesis Defense Committee at the University of Tikrit

Assistant Professor Dr. Ayman Saleh Mar‘i, a faculty member in the Department of Sharia at the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Samarra, was selected as a member of the committee to examine a Master’s thesis submitted to the Council of the College of Education for Women, Department of Qur’anic Sciences and Islamic Education, at the University of Tikrit. The thesis is titled: “Juristic Guidelines for Concessions in Hajj Rulings – A Contemporary Comparative Fiqh Study,” presented by the student Wafaa Saad Abdulrahman Al-Khatib.

Dr. Mar‘i’s selection was based on his academic expertise and distinguished scholarly reputation, as well as his valuable contributions and observations that support the development of research, theses, and dissertations submitted for postgraduate degrees.
