The Department of Sharia resides in the College of Islamic Sciences / University of Samarra, in cooperation with the Directorate of Sunni Endowment in Samarra, launch the Ramadan cultural competition; the most prominent conditions
1. The competitor must be from the city of Samarra
2. Not to repeat the competition
3. The participant must be 15 years old or over
The game is during the holy month of Ramadan, and there are valuable prizes for the first three and another for the first ten
