The University of Samarra forms a committee to complete contracting procedures with the per diems at the university
By direct order of the President of the University of Samarra, Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi Khalaf, a committee was formed headed by the Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Zuhair Qasim Muhammad, and some of the members of the committee to complete the contracting procedures with the per diems at the University of Samarra, starting from Monday, 1/4/2021.
The president indicated that “Efforts and endeavors are continuing to address the issue of employees despite the financial crisis and the lack of allocations to the state ministries.
