On the 54th anniversary of its founding, the Minister of Education congratulates the University of Mosul and affirms that educational institutions and their students have assumed the responsibility and continued to achieve knowledge
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel Saheb, congratulated the University of Mosul and its scientific and administrative staff and students for its fifty-fourth anniversary.
In his speech, he said that this occasion is an opportunity for all of us to recall an academic and scientific history full of giving since the sixties of the last century, where the moment of establishment and until these days, and to proceed with developing the course of this educational institution, evaluating its achievement, drawing a policy of competition and success in light of scientific requirements, quality standards, managing variables, overcoming challenges and exceptional circumstances.
He added that our educational institutions, with their academic and professional staff and their students, went through a not easy experience in the past year and the current year, and everyone participated in taking responsibility, continuing knowledge achievement, and taking into account communication with the specialized international organizations.
The Minister of Education recommended the teaching and administrative staff at the University of Mosul to focus their efforts and research in serving the Nineveh Governorate and integrating with state institutions to formulate our country’s message and its comprehensive national content that extends over the entire good Iraqi land.
