The University of Samarra – Department of Arabic Language, College of Arts, holds a scientific symposium on resistance literature

 

A scientific symposium was held in the Department of Arabic Language at the College of Arts at the University of Samarra, in which Dr. Saeed bin Muhammad Al Siyabi, a faculty at Sultan Qaboos University in the Sultanate of Oman, and Moj Yusuf Muhammad from the College of Islamic Sciences at the Iraqi University talked about the literature of the Palestinian resistance, in theatre and the novel, and through selected models.
The symposium was moderated by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Dhafiri, Head of the Arabic Language Department at the College, on Saturday, May 29, 2021, via the Google Meet application.
The symposium witnessed a remarkable presence of scientists and figures at the Arab and local levels.
These seminars come within the cognitive and literary movement led by the Arabic Language Department at the college to present regular weekly workshops and dialogues, which constitute a distinct cultural and cognitive scene at all levels.
