The University of Samarra – Physical Education opens up prospects for cooperation with the Salah El-Din Football Referees Union
The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences – the University of Samarra, Prof. Dr. (Mohammed Salih Khalil) welcomed in his office on Wednesday 1/12/2021 Captain (Basil Daoud), head of the Salah Al-Din Referees Committee, representing the Iraqi Football Association.
The purpose of the meeting was to open ways of cooperation between our college and the Football Association.
The meeting took place in the presence of the Continuing Education Officer and the Student Activities Officer at the college, to start an initial arbitration training course in football, at the hands of referees accredited by the Iraqi Central Football Association and the Salah al-Din Referees Committee, where the trainee is granted an arbitration certificate of the first degree.
