The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research honors Prof. Dr. Liqa’ Hussain Alwan for her distinguished scientific efforts
In the presence of the President of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate, the President of the Iraqi Scientific Academy, and a large group of university professors and their representatives from various Iraqi governorates, His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdul-Saheb, honored Prof. Dr. Liqa Hussain Alwan for her outstanding scientific efforts. This came during the central celebration held by the Iraqi Academics Syndicate to celebrate On the Iraqi Academic Day, which was held at the University of Baghdad
His Excellency stressed the efforts of the teaching staff who have assumed responsibilities that are not biographical and that the higher university administrations cannot achieve the requirements of academic reputation unless their scientific and research teams undertake this task and the concerted efforts of all to achieve positive results in the field of development and performance improvement and focus on scientific publishing.
