Prof. Dr. Omar Rashid Shaker – the professor – in the Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education / the University of Samarra participated in the international forum held in Algeria. The paper entitled: “The Noble Prophetic Hadith and Discourse Analysis Mechanisms” was organized by the College of Arts and Islamic Civilization at Prince Abdul Qader University. Through his presentation of his research paper entitled “Measures of Orientation of Meaning in the Books of Gharib Hadith in the Third Century AH,” this participation came on March 14-15, 2022 AD.
