The President of Samarra University announces the launch of the university’s digitized administration

 

Prof. Dr. Sabah Allawi Al-Samarrai, President of Samarra University, announced the start of the “University Governance” project, whose nucleus will be the College of Education.
The project aims to move towards the online system instead of the paper one in completing transactions such as: (requesting documents, authenticating issuances, confirming graduation, and others), as well as digitizing students’ data. It is possible to allocate a window for each student on the official website of Samarra University, Which will include the student’s data in detail.

During the announcement of the president of the university, who the two assistants accompanied, to visit the two departments of graduate studies and registration in the College of Education, instructions were given to complete the project within a maximum of 6 months and to launch it entirely to the university’s employees.

For his part, Allawi instructed the Dean of the College of Education to provide the requirements for the completion of the project and work to make it a success with optimal energy and to follow the best methods and methods in providing its services to the university community.
