The Department of Archeology at the College of Arts continues excavation work as part of applied lessons
The Department of Archeology at the College of Arts at Samarra University has continued excavations for the sixth season at the site (Tal Al-Wazir), which is designated as an educational site for students of the Department according to the established scientific contexts.
As the students embarked on their first applied scientific visit for this season, which was supervised by a group of professors from the Department, by beginning to understand the mechanisms and basics of excavation, explaining to the professors what work must be mastered by the students, and the importance of developing the scientific reality, and developing individual skills.
