The University of Samarra hosts the Academics Syndicate in a symposium
Samarra University hosted the Iraqi Academics Syndicate – Salah al-Din branch in a symposium entitled “Demanding the Rights of Professor and the Syndicate’s Effectiveness in Universities” in Al-Mu’tasim Hall at the university.
The head of the union branch delivered the symposium in Salah al-Din Governorate, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Attia Zubar al-Obaidi, his deputy Professor Qutayba Mikhlif Abbas, and the representative of the teaching staff at the University of Samarra, Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Abdul Razzaq al-Hayali, seeks to explain the influential role of the union in his demand for the right of professors in Iraqi universities and to stand by them.
The delegation also visited some deans of the colleges of Samarra University, who expressed their welcome to the Syndicate’s projects and its endeavor to achieve the rights of this founding and essential segment of society.
