Researchers at Samarra University reveal the alcoholic potency of green tea leaves in a scientific study

 

Female instructors at the College of Applied Sciences at Samarra University presented scientific research entitled “Detection of the inhibitory effects of the alcoholic extract of Camellia sinensis green tea leaves and zinc oxide nanoparticles against a few types of bacteria and fungi isolated from eye infections,” which was published in the International Journal of Drug Delivery Technology, which is classified among the global Scopus containers at the level of Q3, in its issue issued in December 2022.

The professors contributed: Assistant Professor Dr. Asmaa Issa Mahmoud, professors Suisse Younes Hammadi, and Assistant professors Wahran Khudair Abbas, who collected 80 samples from patients with eye infections in Samarra hospitals, within the period from December 20, 2020, to December 2020. January 2021, the samples were males and females between the ages of 1-75.
