Professors from the University of Samarra discuss in the Iraqi Parliament some issues in the Federal Civil Service Law

Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Abd al-Rahman Ibrahim – Assistant Dean of the College of Administration and Economics for Administrative Affairs – and Assistant Professor Ziyad Tariq Ibrahim – Associate Dean of the College of Applied Sciences for Administrative Affairs – Samarra University, participated in a workshop at the headquarters of the Iraqi Parliament; To discuss the Federal Civil Service Law and find proposed solutions to address some of the gaps.

The law’s proposals were discussed by a group of specialists in administrative law who participated in it in the interest of codifying the law above, including collecting three rules in one direction.
