A Faculty Member from the College of Administration and Economics Participates in an International Scientific Conference at Al-Mustaqbal University

Assistant Professor Dr. Sinan Abdullah Harjan, a faculty member at the College of Administration and Economics, participated in the activities of the Second International Scientific Conference held at Al-Mustaqbal University / College of Administrative Sciences, in cooperation with the College of Business Economics at Al-Nahrain University and the Faculty of Commerce at Mansoura University, Egypt.

Dr. Sinan Abdullah Harjan’s participation was presented within a significant scientific theme entitled:
“Ethical Leadership, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Enhancing Job Sustainability in Iraqi Private Banks.”
The research highlighted the role of leadership practices and institutional values in achieving sustainability and enhancing the work environment within the banking sector.

The conference was held from 13 to 14 April 2026 in Babil Governorate and witnessed distinguished academic attendance and wide participation from researchers and specialists from both inside and outside Iraq, which added a solid scientific character to its sessions and themes.

This participation comes within the framework of strengthening the scientific and academic presence of the faculty members of the College of Administration and Economics and contributing to the exchange of expertise and knowledge in a manner that supports the development of scientific research and keeps pace with contemporary challenges.
