Anniversary of the Establishment of the Iraqi Army
Commending Its National Role and Affirming the Consolidation of the Values of Belonging and Responsibility
On the anniversary of the sixth of January, we stand with utmost reverence and pride before a glorious national history, recalling the distinguished and honorable march of the Iraqi Army, with all that it embodies of honor, sacrifice, and selflessness. It is the army that has always been—and will continue to be—the impregnable fortress of the homeland, the shield safeguarding its sovereignty, and a fundamental pillar in strengthening national unity and protecting national achievements.
Over the decades, the sacrifices of our armed forces have served as a source of inspiration for successive generations and have contributed significantly to consolidating the foundations of security and stability. This, in turn, has enabled Iraq to continue its path toward reconstruction and development despite the challenges it has faced. From this standpoint, we at the College of Administration and Economics firmly believe that recalling and upholding these authentic national values constitutes an educational and academic responsibility. Through this commitment, we seek to enhance our students’ awareness, strengthen their sense of responsibility and national belonging, and instill in them a deep conviction of their future role in serving the nation and building its institutions on sound scientific foundations.
We pray to Almighty God to protect our valiant Iraqi Army, to bestow upon our country the continued blessings of security and stability, and to grant success to its loyal sons in all that serves the good and prosperity of Iraq.
May Iraq continue to grow stronger and more dignified with each passing year.
